ODIN Shoppers & Shopper Groups
Integrated in All modules
In ALL ODIN Voyager modules you can create shopper groups and assign them to registered users.
- Within shopper groups you have the possibility to offer different products or prices to different users.
- People who are visiting your online destination website are either visitors or registered users.
- Depending on your configuration they are able to create a user account without buying anything.
- Usually, after they purchase the first product, they are a registered user on your website, although with ODIN Voyager you are able to set up Guest privilege’s and not require sign-up.
This enables administrators to create Shopper Groups for whatever need (e.g. access control, personalization and e-commerce management, customer rating, tax display, vendor, supplier, etc.).
These shopper groups can then be used to provide special services, discounts, or access to a specific group of users.
Registered users, clients who have already made the purchase and visitors that visit your travel & passenger transportation website for the first time are all gathered under one name – ODIN Voyager shoppers.
Depending on your site configuration they can either create a user account without buying anything or the account will be created automatically when first order is placed.
You as storeowner can create ODIN Voyager shopper groups and assign them to registered users or create one for non-registered visitors.
Why assign shoppers to shopper group? With shopper groups you have the possibility to offer different products or prices to different users.
Such as, make certain goods available only for predefined users groups only. For example, Platinum member users will have access to certain selected products.
Also, create discounts on each product for members of certain groups.
Finally, create special reduced price for single products or packages for users from specified groups.
