Wait list functionality available

You can set up a wait list request and email to receive wait list requests from customers.

For example: customer fills “Wait list” form with request for 2 tickets on “Trip A” on November 20, 10:00AM.

Administrator will receive this request on that waitlist email.

You may then add extra equipment to a route or add capacity, cancellations, etc.

You are then able to email customers, when tickets becomes available.

For example: administrator generates new tickets from “Create Inventory” page on “Trip A” on November 20, 10:00AM.

As a result, customer will receive mail with notification saying that tickets for this trip are now available.
